A leading energy services company is looking for a Regional Technical Services Manager in Bristol. This full-time role involves managing compliance for health care facilities in Bristol, Dudley, and Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical/Electrical qualification and experience in Hard FM Services. Equans is looking for a Regional Technical Services Manager to join the team in Bristol on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The Regional Technical Services Manager will cover Bristol, Dudley and Oxford.
To work closely with the Operations Manager, Contract Manager and Technical Administrators to ensure that every building under the contractual umbrella is fully compliant with our statutory maintenance obligations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring each site remains 100% compliant, by ensuring all works are carried out at the correct intervals, to the correct standard, and that all corrective works are carried out within the given timescales, with paperwork kept up to date and audit-ready.
The contract consists of 1 Community Hospital and 9 Health Centres across Bristol, Dudley & Oxford, and are comprised of PFI contracts. The role is primarily based in Bristol; however travel to other areas in Dudley and Oxford will be required.
