Job description

Landmarc Support Services are looking for a Regional Technical & Compliance Manager who brings clarity, confidence, and technical leadership to a diverse built estate. This is not an operational management role, it is a position of influence, where your expertise shapes how safety, compliance, and technical standards are delivered across the region. If you're someone who leads through knowledge, supports others to excel, and takes pride in raising standards, this is a role where you can make a genuine impact. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with strong Legionella and/or Asbestos experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead regional management of Legionella and Asbestos compliance, setting expectations and ensuring robust control measures.
  • Oversee AP coverage across all technical disciplines, ensuring competence and consistency.
  • Maintain and assure the FGAS register, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on statutory regulations, standards, and best practice.
  • Support project delivery teams with technical specifications and subject matter expertise.
  • Conduct audits and drive continuous improvement, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure competent personnel are in place and that compliance plans are delivered effectively. As part of the Regional Leadership Team, you will help set the tone for safety, professionalism, and collaborative working.

This role is officially known as Regional Technical Manager at Landmarc and is a high‑impact position for someone who enjoys being a trusted expert and helping shape a culture of excellence across a complex estate.

Qualifications
  • Experience in one or more key compliance areas: asbestos, legionella, fire, electrical, DSEAR, fuels, gas.
  • Strong understanding of building services and statutory regulations (SFG20, CDM, Fire, Gas, etc.).
  • Health & Safety knowledge at IOSH Managing Safely level or above.
  • Confident IT skills, ideally with experience using CAFM systems such as Maximo.
  • A quality‑driven mindset with experience in assurance and auditing.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Responsible Person (Legionella).
  • Responsible Person (Asbestos) or P405 qualification.
