Regional Support Manager (Nurse-Qualified)

Due to continued growth and the creation of a new operational region, Care Concern Group is seeking a highly skilled and inspirational Regional Support Manager to join our senior operations team in the South East.
As this is a brand-new role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to shape how you support 8 care homes across the South East, stretching from West London down to the South Coast.
Reporting directly into our newly appointed Regional Director, a highly respected leader with an exceptional track record in care, you will provide essential clinical leadership and oversight. As the Regional Director is not nurse-qualified, your nursing expertise will be pivotal in ensuring high standards of care and compliance across all services.
