Job summary

A facilities management company in the UK is looking for an Area Soft Services Manager to oversee the provision of Facilities Management Services across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in middle management, focusing on security and soft services, alongside excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience at a middle management level, managing all Security services.
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience at a middle management level, managing soft services.
• Reside within the geographical area of contract responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Facilities Management Services for a national contract.
• Maintain communication with the DHL Security Team and General Managers.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Conduct audits and routine inspections of service delivery.
