Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + £5,000 car allowance + up to 25% bonus potential

What you'll do

As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll drive commercial growth and deliver sales budgets across our product range, ensuring profitable expansion in line with business KPIs. You'll play a key role in planning and presenting performance insights to the Senior Executive team, helping shape the strategy and future direction of the business.

  • Collaborate on a specification approach for our portfolio, developing a strong pipeline with major distributors and the Specification team.
  • Implement sales strategies aligned with operational and financial objectives.
  • Work alongside peers to develop key market opportunities.
  • Lead the strategic direction of category sales within your region.
  • Stay engaged across the business, with a particular focus on the Sales function.
