What You Will Do:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the commercial, fleet, retail, and hospitality sectors in your assigned region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, site visits, solution proposals, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and KPI targets.
  • Act as the subject‑matter expert, presenting product specifications and benefits to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions from sale to deployment and maintenance.
What You Will Bring:
  • A proven track record of successful B2B field sales experience, ideally 3–4 years.
  • Experience in EV hardware or related technical sectors such as renewables or electrical equipment – this is essential.
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and time‑management skills, with the ability to close complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • A self‑motivated and target‑driven mindset, coupled with a passion for e‑mobility and sustainability.

Location: This role is based in the UK, with nationwide travel required and occasional visits to the head office in Staines.
