Hours: 35 per week

The role

In this role you will lead a team of Operations Managers in the effective operational delivery of the Retirement Living services within a designated patch, including a variety of housing services across a large geographical location. Reporting to the Heads of Retirement Living, you will be responsible for operational delivery and overall performance of the Retirement Living services within your designated patch.

Requirements
  • Experience in leading a highly performing team
  • Experience in working at a senior level within an organisation of a similar size and scale
  • Experience in developing and supporting people to achieve their potential
  • Strong financial skills and the ability to analyse financial results
  • Management/professional qualifications in Housing
  • Experience in managing service improvements benefiting both customer and employee teams
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
