Overview

In this role you will lead a team of Operations Managers in the effective operational delivery of the Retirement Living services within a designated patch, including a variety of housing services across a large geographical location. Reporting to the Heads of Retirement Living, you will be responsible for operational delivery and overall performance of the Retirement Living services within your designated patch.

  • Develop and support people to achieve their potential
  • Apply strong financial skills and analyse financial results
  • Possess management/professional qualifications in Housing
  • Manage service improvements benefiting both customers and employee teams
