Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Regional Marketing Intern - 12 Month Placement (July 2026)

Our Regional Marketing Intern for Client and Brand will be working within the Regional Marketing Team responsible for the UK, Europe, and Central Asia. Based at the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Technology and Logistics Centre near Goodwood, the Region manages 40 Dealer and Service partners in over 20 markets, providing an excellent opportunity to develop and work within a diverse region dealing with multiple languages, cultures, and experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Regional Marketing team with dealer queries, Salesforce (CRM) management, marketing campaigns, and agency management.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of regional events including Goodwood Festival of Speed, drive experiences, and our wider events programme.
  • Working closely with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars’ dealer partners to shape local marketing activities aligned with dealer and business objectives, ensuring measurable impact and driving successful outcomes.
  • Producing regular KPI reports to guide decision making and utilising CRM data to improve client experiences whilst identifying opportunities across the region.
  • Supporting the coordination and allocation of the Marketing Fleet cars to Dealer sites and events.
  • Delivering pivotal administrative support to the Region to ensure seamless operations.
  • The successful candidate will be required to travel on an occasional basis to support Regional Marketing events and Dealer visits.
Qualifications and experience
  • Studying towards a bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Events, Business, Management, or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:1.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a Marketing environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • A confident individual with an enthusiasm to develop and learn.
  • High level of analytical skills.
  • A strong command of the English language in both written and spoken form.
  • An additional European language skill would be beneficial but is not a necessity.
  • An interest in the luxury sector is advantageous.
  • A full driving licence is essential.
