  • Are you an experienced Fostering Assistant or Deputy Manager with a background in an Independent Fostering Agency (IFA)?
  • Do you share our passion for helping children and young people rebuild their lives?
  • Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead with purpose?

If so, we’d love to hear from you! The role as Regional Manager, you’ll lead our established team in Birmingham, overseeing the delivery of our therapeutic fostering service across the West Midlands. You’ll:

  • Drive innovation and creativity in service delivery
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Qualified Social Worker, registered with SWE
  • Proven management experience in fostering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of fostering legislation and safeguarding
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Confident with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics Charms is a bonus
