The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, managing complex needs and providing specialist assessment and interventions. Qualifications

  • Registration with HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist and Chartered status with the British Psychological Society.
  • Experience in working with adults with learning disability and complex needs, and autistic adults.
  • Experience in using psychological models and theories to address a range of clinical and risk issues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of psychology services across the Midlands region.
  • Provide supervision to Qualified Psychologists within an inpatient service.
  • Support a multidisciplinary team in managing complex conditions.
