A growing professional services firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to shape and influence the HR agenda. You will build relationships with newly acquired offices, lead change management efforts, and streamline HR processes. The position offers a competitive salary of £50,000-£65,000, hybrid working model, and additional benefits including 25 days holiday and a pension scheme.

Based in Bristol with monthly travel to the Northampton head office and other regional sites as needed.
