Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law and practical experience handling ER cases.
• Confident in using HR systems and managing HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice across employee relation cases.
• Own ER case work end to end and support managers.
• Champion the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
