Overview

We’re recruiting for Regional Housing Administrator to join our teams in North London.

You’ll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our Neighbourhood Team.

Salary, Location and Conditions

Salary: £28,544 to £33,022 per annum

Location: London, Wrights Road / London, Corsica Street

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract until October 2026

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a customer-focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to the Neighbourhood Team.
  • Report communal repairs to contractors, maintain relevant records, and action gas safety processes.
  • Liaise with contractors and raise Purchase Orders.
  • Maintain garage tenancy records, process lettings and terminations, maximise income collection, and liaise with colleagues on inspections.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment with a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to write clear, accurate and concise records and to analyse data from a variety of sources.
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload as required.
Additional Information

Closing Date: Sunday 5th October 2025 at midnight.

This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring you to work in the office up to 4 days a week. You’ll split your time between working from home and at our Corsica Street and Wrights Road office sites. Your specific days in the office will be agreed upon with your line manager.
