The Role

As a Regional Buyer, you’ll play a key role in co-ordinating the procurement of materials and services across our Yorkshire developments.

Acting as the link between suppliers, site teams, and senior leadership, you’ll support smooth project delivery across multiple live sites and ensure cost control, quality, and timely completion.

You’ll lead supplier negotiations, produce tenders, and manage procurement schedules to ensure every development is efficiently supplied and compliant with company standards.

Additionally, you will:

  • Oversee material orders, stock levels, and timely deliveries to sites
  • Attend site and supplier meetings to strengthen relationships and identify improvements
  • Support cost reporting, invoice resolution, and compliance across all developments
  • Review technical drawings for accuracy and ensure materials meet specifications
About You

To be considered as a Regional Buyer, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a buyer role or similar
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety related issues
  • Proficiency in the use of COINS and Microsoft Office
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • An HNC/D or equivalent in a construction-based subject
  • A full, valid driving licence
