We are currently seeking a talented and experienced professional for the role of Regional Account Sourcing Manager. This regional account management position oversees strategic sourcing and procurement activities across our EMEA client accounts, with a particular focus on Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services. The ideal candidate will have a strong procurement background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive value for clients in the IFM landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop sourcing strategy aligned to client requirements; manage all strategic sourcing and procurement activities for specific client requirements across all Work Place Management (WPM) service lines as required.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the full spectrum of IFM services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, energy management, and workspace management.
- Deliver all S&P targets related to the client account.
- Lead/manage the S&P team related to the client account to ensure high performance.
- Represent JLL S&P in client/account meetings and forums, ensuring input materials and communications are accurate and timely.
- Lead negotiations and delivery of savings targets relative to account deliverables.
- Oversee reporting and tracking of country/regional savings delivery via the Jaggaer platform or equivalent.
- Produce S&P monthly and quarterly (QBR) reporting and coordinate supplier review meetings, including status, analytics, savings, project plans, achievements, risks and issues.
- Implement S&P strategic procurement planning, RFP management, bid analysis and recommendations; liaise with client governance for contract management, approvals, risk management, compliance, and reporting.
- Manage account resources to ensure appropriate scope of services are procured through discussions with the Account Director, Regional/Site Facilities Managers, Operations Teams and client contacts.
- Ensure supplier details and files are complete and updated; monitor and document changes to supplier contracts.
- Manage framework relationships with JLL preferred suppliers; review performance as outlined in framework agreements.
- Provide reporting as required (KPIs, strategic sourcing activity, supplier performance management, contract management) monthly/quarterly and input to JLL S&P organization using the procurement platform (Jaggaer) where appropriate.
Essentials
- Support transformation activities including audits, reports, and actions.
- Engage with and support training guidance and requirements related to JLL S&P Strategic Sourcing activities; ensure understanding of tools, systems, regulations, and country/regional practices.
- Ensure S&P Policies and Procedures on the account relate to appropriate country operations and are reviewed annually and current.
- Ensure S&P Strategic Sourcing managers develop and implement sourcing plans for their country/region.
- Ensure suppliers are qualified and onboarded in line with JLL processes (compliance and risk management requirements and appropriate systems).
- Provide S&P transition support, including site visits and supplier onboarding during account transitions as required.
- Develop, maintain and manage ESG strategy for the account with support from the JLL S&P ESG lead.
- Support any required stimulus/“Voice of the stakeholder/client/account” surveys, report results and actions.
