Job description

A quick look at the role.

The Regional Account Executive is responsible for administrative tasks including the management of retention logs, handling queries, and responding to customer requests for management information from an account management perspective. You will also provide sales administration and telesales support to the Business Development Managers, contributing to new business development efforts.

Your core responsibilities

  • Effectively use the CRM system to enter sales leads, customer contact details, and accurately record sales activities in line with the department's quality guidelines.
  • Provide admin and telesales support for the Business Development team.
  • Work with the 'New Business' team to manage new customer accounts and help achieve their targets.
  • Support regional tender requirements.
  • Keep abreast of changes in company policies and procedures to ensure correct advice is offered and procedures are followed.
  • Manage and deliver customer Management Information Reports and support the Regional Commercial Manager with back-office requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify creative solutions to reduce customer queries.

Our essential requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in Account Management or Customer Service.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Well-organized with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Warm, engaging, and capable of prioritizing effectively.
