The successful candidate will coordinate patient enquiries, ensure high standards of service, and work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams. We are seeking an enthusiastic and bright individual to join the private patient referrals team in a busy, friendly, multi-disciplinary environment, and to support us in the delivery of a quality service throughout our hospital. The postholder will report to the Referrals Team Leader and will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating new patient enquiries to ULCH Private Healthcare, while adhering to the highest standards of customer service. The postholder is expected to work fully onsite. The role is based at 7 Queen Square.
