Overview

The Best Connection is a recruitment agency, and this position is being offered on a Temporary basis. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Recycling Operative to assist our client in Hailsham. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, sorting recyclable materials from waste on a conveyor belt. (Full Training Given)

You will also be required to:

• Identify and separate different types of recyclables (e.g., wood, metal, plastics).
• Maintain a clean and safe working area at all times.
• Follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Report any machinery faults or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with general yard duties when required.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets.
• Ensure compliance with company recycling standards and environmental policies.

(Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)
