Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Berkhamsted is seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to enhance its Education team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Education Recruitment sector and will help manage day-to-day operations while training team members. You will work alongside an experienced Branch Manager to achieve targets and deliver outstanding service to both candidates and schools.

Candidate profile / Qualifications

The role would suit an experienced Education Consultant who has a good working knowledge of the Education Recruitment Sector. You could be an existing Team Leader or a Recruitment Consultant who has the drive and determination to support team members to do their best work. You will be working alongside an experienced Branch Manager and together, to hit your team\'s targets, while ensuring our candidates and schools receive the best possible customer service.
