We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Delivery Team in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with no prior recruitment or HR experience who wants to break into the industry, earn great money, and build a long-term career.

You’ll be spending your day talking to people, building relationships, and finding the right candidates for our clients business-critical roles. If you enjoy phone-based work, take pride in being professional, and want a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect step for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with candidates daily to understand their skills, motivations, and career goals
• Building strong relationships and networks through phone calls, referrals, and database searches
• Matching the right people to the right opportunities
• Supporting our consultants by providing top-quality candidates for live vacancies
• Learning the full recruitment process with opportunities to progress into consultant roles

What We’re Looking For

• An outgoing, confident personality with great communication skills
• Experience in phone-based work, sales, retail, account management, insurance, car sales, or even retail jewellers
• A driven, target-focused mindset with a desire to succeed
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being busy
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
