Recruitment Officer – Complex Care
Salary: Up to £28,000 + Bonus
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join a growing Complex Care provider. Following the successful launch of their Complex Care division and several new care packages secured, the company is now seeking a dedicated Resourcer to support recruitment and workforce growth.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of healthcare recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing end-to-end candidate sourcing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and register nurses and healthcare assistants for complex care packages.
  • Manage candidate pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
  • Liaise with the bookings team to ensure timely placements.
  • Support with onboarding, compliance, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and placement records within the CRM system.
  • Contribute to achieving team performance targets and recruitment KPIs.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years’ experience in healthcare recruitment (agency experience desirable).
  • Strong understanding of Complex Care or Domiciliary Care.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proactive, motivated, and team-oriented approach.
