We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our busy recruitment team at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is a key role within our People Resourcing Team, ensuring we deliver an efficient, inclusive, and candidate-focused recruitment service to attract the best talent across all roles including Medical. You will work closely with the Head of People Resourcing, divisional leaders, and hiring managers to design and implement impactful recruitment campaigns, enhance our employer brand, and embed best practice recruitment processes aligned to our People and Culture Strategy. As Recruitment Manager, you will also be the Trust's expert in right to work requirements for new and existing staff.
