Recruitment Lead

Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire

Salary: (Grade 7) £36,363 to £39,152

Vacancy Type: Full Time, 37 hours per week

What you ll do:

  • Manage and optimise recruitment systems and processes to ensure efficiency, fairness and a great candidate experience.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
