To support this transformation, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.
We are on the lookout for a Recruitment Coordinator who will provide comprehensive recruitment support for the Group, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. This role is pivotal in assisting the smooth running of recruitment as a key function within the HR department, supporting managers and staff on key recruitment functions and procedures. This is a key role within the organisation providing guidance to managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will be our face of TSCG and contribute to candidate experience directly as well as being responsible for attracting the volume and calibre of candidates required. You will also be responsible for full compliance of TSCG safer recruitment pre‑employment checks and onboarding activities. Training will be given in safer recruitment.
What will you be doing: In this varied and dynamic role you will be responsible for leading the full end‑to‑end recruitment cycle of all TSCG colleagues. Duties include creating up‑to‑date job adverts and job descriptions, liaising with management to coordinate the selection and assessment process, and working within safer recruitment guidelines to onboard our new colleagues. You will be responsible for supporting in the development and implementation of recruitment plans and resourcing strategies, including peak campaigns.
As the first point of contact with candidates you will have an exceptional professional manner whether on the phone, in emails or in person. You will be proactive and driven to attract the best candidates, with a resilient and flexible approach to quickly adapt. Previous experience in Recruitment and a minimum level 3 CIPD qualification is highly desirable. Be part of a team that values ambition, resilience, collaboration, inclusivity, and respect. All employees, including senior managers, will normally be appointed to the minimum point of the pay grade for the job. In certain cases, it may be appropriate to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade at the discretion of the Director of HR & Performance due to the candidate's current salary, experience or qualifications.
