Are you passionate about delivering a great candidate experience and supporting a busy recruitment team bpha is looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. Youll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and recruitment events ensuring timely communication with candidates and managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and administer the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support onboarding activities ensuring all documentation and checks are completed promptly.
  • Respond to general queries from candidates and managers providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide regular updates to the Recruitment Manager on recruitment activities.
  • Assist with recruitment-related projects and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
What Were Looking For
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and approachable manner with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in a recruitment administration or support role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection in HR.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. CIPD Level 3 (desirable) or willingness to work towards.
