Recruitment Consultant - Public Sector

Ackerman Pierce is a fast-growing recruitment agency specialising in the Public Sector, and we're looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team in Harlow in both our permanent and temporary recruitment teams.

Responsibilities

• Source and place top talent into temporary and permanent Public Sector roles.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle - from business development to candidate placement.
• Proactively win new and develop business through market research, cold calling, networking and ongoing client engagement and management.
• Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Experience in sales, telesales, or recruitment (Public Sector knowledge is a bonus!).
