Broadreach is a recruitment agency operating in the UK and USA, specialising in sectors such as superyacht & marine, advanced engineering, joinery and bespoke furniture, and is looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to enhance our team. This pivotal role is suited to a professional who excels in forming strong, lasting relationships and is adept at networking and successfully filling vacancies in high-end markets. We offer a flexible hybrid working model, operating on a 2, 2, 1 rotation—two days in the office, two days remote, and one day with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proactively network within the industry to uncover new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from initial client consultation to candidate placement, ensuring a high level of service throughout.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent in the luxury sector.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to enhance brand presence at industry events and on social media platforms.
