Are you an experienced Recruiter seeking a new opportunity in Manchester? Are you looking for an environment that can offer the following:

At QED Legal, you will have the chance to earnup to 60% commission with no thresholds or 'buy-ins'. Our consultants are provided with large patches to shape into their own, internal & externaltraining, relaxed working environment with no micro management or KPI's.

In September 2024, QED Legal transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), which allows employees to make key decisions relating to the future of the business, and also make profit share payments, of which up to £3,600 is tax-free.

This role would suit an experienced recruiter looking to move to amature environment where you are trusted to do the job and are provided with all the essential tools to do so. You should be driven to earn high levels of commission, as well as having anexcellent telephone manner and engage with clients & candidates both on the telephone and in person/over Zoom.

You will be joining an office in the heart of Manchester city centre, which has an on-site gym, bike storage, shower & changing facilities, regular social events, and more....

There is lots of training available, with specific legal training available, as well as weekly group recruitment training sessions, 1-2-1 supervision by a Managing Consultant or Director, and support from an industry-accredited external recruitment skills trainer.

We offer a competitive basic salary and an unrivalled commission scheme that allows you to earn up to 60% commission on placements each quarter. We don't have thresholds or carry forwards, so you earn on everything you bill. You will be given a large patch with plenty of scope to earn big with several consultants earning in excess of £100,000+ per annum.

We do not have targets, KPI's or pointless sales meetings. What we ask for in return is for self-starters who are driven to provide a fantastic service to clients & candidates, as well as earn life‑changing sums of money.
