The Opportunity:
As a 360 Consultant, you'll take full ownership of your desk developing your own client base, managing roles from brief to placement, and building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business. You'll have the autonomy to shape your market, backed by a supportive leadership team and strong brand reputation on the South Coast.
Whether your background is in permanent, temporary, or dual-desk recruitment, we're open to sector expertise. What matters most is your drive, your credibility, and your commitment to getting results the right way.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Building and managing your own recruitment desk within a defined specialism
Developing relationships with SME clients and securing new business
Sourcing, qualifying, and placing high-quality candidates
Delivering a best-in-class service to both clients and candidates
Meeting commercial targets with integrity and urgency
Contributing to team goals and our wider growth journey
