Responsibilities

• Identify and develop existing and new client job opportunities
• Manage clients and candidates through the recruitment process from initial interview to job offer and placement
• Ensure high standards of service delivery to company standards at all times
• Utilise various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews with clients
• Build relationships with candidates and clients to facilitate successful placements

Training and Support

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will undergo industry-related and recruitment-specific training that is tailored to your level of entry. This training will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively identify, engage, and assess potential candidates. You will learn how to utilise various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
