Recruitment Consultant – NEW YORK MARKET

Location: Belfast-based with a focus on the U.S. market (New York)
OTE Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission (expected to earn 40k - 60k first year)

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will partner with premium U.S. clients to source exceptional talent and build lasting business relationships. You’ll work B2B, driving revenue through smart business development and candidate engagement. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and win new client accounts in the New York market.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use a mix of headhunting, networking, job boards, and social media to identify top talent.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Pitch recruitment solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals with both clients and candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Market Expertise: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and talent insights to provide consultative advice.
