A retail company in Carlisle is seeking a Recruitment and HR Administrator to join their HR team. This role involves supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, managing applications, conducting candidate screenings, and assisting with onboarding. Ideal candidates should possess strong organisational skills and a passion for HR. A pathway to CIPD Qualification and a Business Administration Level 3 course are available for career progression.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment and HR Administrator to join the HR team based at our Carlisle Head Office. You will work within a collaborative team to provide a professional and proactive recruitment and administration service for line managers and staff across Edinburgh Woollen Mill and Bonmarche. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and efficiency.
You’ll support the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews, to preparing offer paperwork and ensuring compliance. You’ll also assist with general HR administration duties and provide excellent service to both internal teams and external candidates.
