A leading residential care provider is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to oversee all recruitment activities. The role is office based in North Benfleet and involves supporting managers in the selection process and enhancing the recruitment experience. Candidates must have a background in recruitment, excellent multi-tasking abilities, and a proactive, friendly mindset. This full-time position offers a salary of £27k per annum and includes various employee benefits such as 28 days paid holiday and a pension scheme.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you are responsible for supporting all recruitment activities for the Group. This is a busy role, involving all aspects of the company’s advertising, recruitment and selection activities and processes, ensuring that the service is delivered effectively and efficiently. Our Recruitment Advisors support and advise managers on the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with company policy and the appropriate safeguarding and governance requirements.
This role is fully office based.
The successful Recruitment Advisor will have a recruitment background, with experience of using a variety of methods and mediums to source and attract candidates. You will be proactive and friendly and be an excellent team‑player. This Recruitment Advisor role often requires managing various tasks at once, so the ability to multi‑task and work under pressure is essential.
