We are Independence Matters, a people-focused organisation, providing adult care services in Norfolk.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our HR team on a Full-Time, 37 Hours per Week fixed term contract, until Friday 12th December 2026. The role mainly supports the recruitment of Support Workers for our services but also includes recruitment for all other roles in the organisation.

What You Will Do:
  • Oversee recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, using our applicant tracking system LogicMelon.
  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to support them with the full recruitment process, ensuring checks are carried out in line with our compliance requirements.
  • Help source candidates through job boards, raising our profile on social media, and developing our presence in the community and networking at careers events and Jobs fairs ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and report on accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively.
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Hybrid working available – split your time between home and our office (minimum of two days a week in the office).
Salary:

£27,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
