We are seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team based in Scotland and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As an In House Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR database
  • Professional certification in HR or recruiting is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience hiring both field and office-based employees
  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential
