APTUS ABA Therapy Services, We are looking for a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Office Manager. This role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our office while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for both staff and visitors.

Work Schedule : Full time Monday- Friday

Responsibilities of the Receptionist: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them to appropriate personnel.

Office Management: Handle general office tasks, managing mail, and ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and organized.

Insurance Verification: Assist with verifying insurance details and ensuring that documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and handling correspondence.

Maintain Office Systems: Manage filing systems, databases, and any other office management tools to ensure efficient operations.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or office management certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or office manager, ideally within a healthcare or professional services setting.
  • Strong knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Experience in verifying insurance and managing insurance-related documents is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines).
