A well-established business in the United Kingdom is looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to manage front desk responsibilities and general administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Word and Excel, along with previous reception or office experience. A smart and professional appearance, along with excellent communication skills, is essential for this front of house position.
We have a rare opportunity for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to take on an interesting and varied role within a well established and professional small to medium sized business. You will be responsible for covering the main reception between the office hours of 9-5pm, and all associated duties, as well as general administration, to include assisting with scanning and filing.
Applicants must have good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, ideally have some reception and/or office administration experience with a pro-active approach and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
