As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your primary focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service to all visitors, residents, and staff. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages. Additionally, you will assist with various administrative tasks, such as maintaining databases, providing administrative support to the General Manager, and ensuring the reception area is well-maintained.
