A healthcare organization is seeking a hard-working and organized individual for an administrative support role. Responsibilities include managing clerical tasks, providing front line customer care, and handling appointment inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Ideal candidates will have clerical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

We are looking for a hard-working, organised individual who displays a positive attitude towards work whose key responsibilities will include reception, call centre and clinic prep duties and administrative tasks where accuracy is essential.
Your role will be to deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Heart and Chest clinic, providing a high standard of front line customer care and a lead point of contact for patients regarding complaints and queries, always displaying empathy and diplomacy.
