A prominent healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their primary care team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of reception and administrative duties, ensuring an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include managing appointment systems, patient registration, and answering queries. Candidates should have GCSE grades in English and Maths, with previous experience in an NHS setting being advantageous. Due to expansion, we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to work with a cohesive primary care team serving 23,500+ patients in St Johns Wood.
We offer comprehensive NHS primary care services and work in a purpose-built state-of-the-art premises in a lovely part of London, within the hospital of St John and St Elizabeth.
To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception and administrative duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, patient registration, booking appointments, processing of information (electronic and hard copy) and assisting patients as required. To act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
