Role Description: Receptionist at Resolution specialist centre, Yeovil. Hours: 19.37 hours per week. Responsibilities
  • Providing an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phone
  • Managing the diaries and making sure that the time is filled correctly
  • Working with the team to understand the full range of NHS and Private treatment options available within the practice
  • Completing relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale
  • Taking payments and chasing outstanding patient debt
  • Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations
Key Skills and Experience
  • Ability to easily build rapport, and work to a high level of customer service
  • Ability and passion to build your knowledge of treatment options within the dental sector – becoming an expert on what your practice has to offer
  • Passionate about driving the success of the practice by seizing opportunities
  • Able to follow processes and work in a structured and organised way
  • Comfortable working to practice KPIs (call answer rate, data capture and rebooking)
  • IT skills with the ability to learn SOE software
  • Positive nature – Able to show resilience and always work in a composed manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An excellent team player
