Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional patient journey both in person and on the phone; be the first point of contact; welcome patients and ensure they have a great experience.
- Work with the team to manage the diary and maximise appointment capacity.
- Understand the full range of NHS and Private treatment options available within the practice.
- Complete relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within the specified timescales.
- Take payments and chase outstanding patient debt.
- Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations.
Key Skills and Experience
- Ability to easily build rapport and deliver high-level customer service.
- Passionate about building knowledge of treatment options within the dental sector; become an expert on what the practice offers.
- Driven to contribute to the success of the practice by seizing opportunities.
- Follow processes and work in a structured and organised way.
- Comfortable working to practice KPIs (call answer rate, data capture, rebooking).
- IT skills with the ability to learn SOE software.
- Positive, resilient, and composed with strong attention to detail; excellent team player.
