Overview

We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our client’s site within Southampton, front of house, ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service.

The position is based on the ground floor, ensuring incoming visitors are seen to and assisted, emails and phone calls are answered and dealt with, and any additional queries from visitors are handled. There are also administrative duties involved.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a five-star service by welcoming visitors and directing them accordingly.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the reception and helpdesk inbox.
  • Deal with queries from occupiers or workers.
  • Sign in visitors and provide directions as needed.
  • Report relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team.
  • Ensure the front of house area is immaculately presented; replenish stock in kitchens and keep areas tidy.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Customer-facing experience in hotels, corporate, airlines, or marketing/event environments is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic about delivering a high level of service at all times.
  • Friendly, professional, bubbly personality.
  • Extremely well presented (dress code: black/navy suit with matching blazer, white shirt, black court shoes; tie for male).
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with high-profile clients.
Details

Salary: £14ph - £16ph

Hours: 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm, Monday to Friday
