Receptionist - Brighton

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our Workplace Experience Team for a temporary contract in Brighton. This role is essential in providing a high-quality first impression for all visitors and staff within the building.

Role Overview
  • Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour (PAYE)

  • Hours: 40.00 hours per week

  • Shift Pattern: Weekly alternating shifts (08:30 - 17:30 and 07:30 - 16:30)

  • Contract Dates: 26/01/2026 - 26/02/2026

  • Location: Central Brighton

Key Responsibilities
  • Front of House: Provide a warm and professional welcome at the reception desk for all visitors and staff

  • Query Management: Act as the first point of contact for general inquiries from colleagues and external visitors

  • Team Collaboration: Work as an integral part of the Workplace Experience Team to ensure seamless building operations

Requirements
