Overview

We are a large, forward thinking practice providing high quality care for over 19,000 patients. We are seeking a Receptionist to join our friendly and motivated reception team.

If you enjoy working in a busy, caring environment and have proven experience in a customer facing role, you may be the person we are looking for to join our fantastic team of clinical and non-clinical staff.

Responsibilities

The reception team handle a high volume of patient enquiries, both in person, on the phone and electronically. You will be required to work across our Practice sites, so a full UK driving license is needed.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills are required. Confidentiality is key to the role which requires honesty, discretion, and a flexible and adaptable approach. A good standard of IT literacy is required together with attention to detail. Experience of working in a health care setting is desirable but not essential as you will have a full induction programme and on-going training provided.

This is a permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday. Core hours are from 08.00 am to 08.00 pm, so as a team flexibility is required to cover these shifts.

Salary and hours

Annual salary: £23,875/37.5 hours a week. Immediate start available.
