We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and efficient Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our busy GP Surgery team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, with the following working pattern:
Monday: 13:00 18:30
Tuesday: 08:00 18:30
Wednesday: 13:00 18:30
Thursday: 13:00 18:30
Friday: 08:00 18:30

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our busy GP Surgery team. The main duties include:
Welcoming and assisting patients both in person and over the telephone
Booking, amending, and cancelling appointments using clinical systems
Managing patient enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and strict confidentiality
Processing repeat prescriptions, test results, and medical documentation
Providing administrative support to clinicians and the wider practice team
Supporting the practice in meeting QOF and BQC KPI requirements
Referring patients to the appropriate services or specialties as needed

Liaising with clinicians, patients, and external healthcare professionals
Ensuring administrative work contributes to meeting QOF, BQC, and IIF KPIs
