Responsibilities as the Reception Manager…
  • Leading the well-being and development of the reception team, conducting appraisals and providing training while managing rotas.
  • Attending key meetings, including HOD, BEO, and Finance meetings, and staying informed on monthly revenue budgets and targets.
  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by delivering highly personalised service, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of all guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, building strong relationships and providing flexible support to address any issues or queries.
  • Overseeing front desk operations with proficiency in systems such as Opera, Outlook, Word, and email, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
