We are seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to support a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for pupils. You will assist with planning and delivering activities across Maths, Literacy, and the Primary Curriculum, helping children of all abilities reach their full potential. This is a hands‑on, varied role where you will work closely with teachers to support both individual and group learning.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, caring, and able to engage warmly with children. You should be an effective communicator who can take initiative and create stimulating learning experiences.
Essential qualifications include GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade A‑C or equivalent) and a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Experience delivering English and Maths across Key Stage 1 and 2, including phonics, is highly desirable.
You will thrive in a collaborative environment, build positive relationships with teaching staff, and adapt confidently to a variety of classroom situations to support the development of all pupils.
