Reception Duties
- Greet visitors and customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and issue passes
- Liaise with couriers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures for visitors
Administrative Support
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and documents
- Book meeting rooms and manage room calendars
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist & support other departments with ad hoc tasks
- Update internal contact lists and directories
- Assist with onboarding new staff (e.g., issuing access cards, welcome packs)
- Help organise company events or meetings
- Demonstrates a strong customer-focused approach, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Proven organisational and administrative capabilities, with attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working independently or collaboratively within a team environment
- Maintains current business knowledge and industry awareness, contributing to informed decision-making
Qualifications / Desired criteria
